Gabriella Margarino, known lovingly as Gigi by most, is the warmest, most bubbly, and ridiculously positive person you’ll ever meet according to those around her. She “..ummm.. She likes pasta (????)” according to her boyfriend and is a 4.92 out of 5 stars according to her Uber rating.

As a Cognitive Science major and Justice, Voice, and Advocacy Communications minor at the University of Southern California, Gigi has always had a knack for accidentally unearthing childhood trauma, speaking up against injustice, and asking the hard questions, like “what do you mean I’m not supposed to cry during the movie?” Likely to be seen ordering Mac & Cheese off the kids menu or forgetting where she was going, Gigi loves the sunshine, cats of any size, Love Island, and Italian food. Her notable talents include falling asleep before the episode even starts, creative writing, changing her hair color every other month, and drawing squigglys on her Instagram stories. Gigi is known for her tendency to emphatically stand on chairs for what she’s passionate about and can often be heard exclaiming “ The Midwest is the best place on earth, I’ll fight anyone over it” even though she is from sunny Los Angeles. If Gigi’s successful career as a national, state, and regional title-winning gymnast taught her anything, it is to always get back up when you fall and most of all, believe in yourself. She carries this knowledge with her as she continues to build her blog- style platform and now podcast, SEEK & DISCOVER BY GIGI, where she encourages emerging adults to connect more deeply with life through writing and storytelling. In the newly released interview style podcast, SEEK & DISCOVER: The Conversation Series, Gigi hosts other passionate college students to dive into what make this life worth living as a young person in today’s day and age. Gigi absolutely adores the Public Relations and Social Media work she does with Footage and looks forward to her PR career after her graduation in May.
