Mr. Feingold is the senior partner of Feingold & Alpert, L.L.P., a law firm based in New York that specializes in U.S. federal, state, local and international tax matters and related fiscal arrangements. He has over 40 years of experience in providing creative solutions to clients’ tax and business problems involving virtually every area of the U.S. tax law. 

Mr. Feingold has earned the peer recommended Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating, the highest possible rating for an attorney for both ethical standards and legal ability. Mr. Feingold has served as co-editor of the Journal of Taxation's International Department and is an emeritus member of the Advisory Board of the New York University Institute of Taxation. Mr. Feingold has lectured to professional groups such as the Practising Law Institute, the International Fiscal Association, the International Bar Association, Centro Di Studi Bancari (Lugano), and the International Tax Institute among others concerning U.S. and international tax matters. He has authored numerous articles on various aspects of international tax matters. Mr. Feingold graduated cum laude from the Brooklyn Law School, where he served as an editor of its law review. He is a member of the American, New York, and International Bar Associations, a member of the City Bar Association of the City of New York, and of the International Fiscal Association. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court and the federal and local courts in New York and in D.C.
